Terms & Conditions – Solar Strength (Pty) Ltd
An invoice showing that the product was purchased from Solar Strength (Pty) Ltd must be provided for any exchange or warranty-related service.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Exchanges will not be accepted without the original invoice and product packaging (box).
For any repairs, from day one, the product must be booked with the manufacturer or supplier through our team.
The warranty covers repairs only, and repair timelines may take approximately 7 to 21 working days, depending on the nature of the issue.
Customers are responsible for testing batteries and inverters before leaving our premises. No claims will be accepted afterward.
There is no warranty for:
Water-damaged products
Broken items
Products returned without a visible barcode
When collecting repaired items, customers must bring the original repair slip or invoice. No items will be released without proper documentation.
